2nd layer - Base/Wear Coat Mortar – HPMMA 7203
Intermediate layer is characterized by their good filling and leveling properties/ self leveling.
Layer thicknesses of 2-4 mm thickness.
The typical filler consumption is approx. 1.9 kg/m² per mm layer thickness.
The self-leveling mixture is distributed using a pin rake.
If required, especially for decorative flooring, Color chips, preferably sized 3–4 mm, can be broadcast over the self
leveling coating before curing
HPMMA 7203 is intermediate viscous (180 - 200 mPa·s @ 23 ºC) – flexible–
potlife 20-25min – curing time 60-70 min – mixed with fillers, pigments, or broadcasted with flakes
