1st layer - Primer – HPMMA 7202 
  1. Checking the right the amount of BPO and mix it with HPMMA 7202 

  2. Its function is to Impregnate the upper layer of concrete and closes pores 

  3. Apply it on the substrate using a rubber blade and rolled out in an evenly thin layer, Almost 400 -500 micron (400 - 500 g/m²) 

  4. Highly absorbent substrates are coated with primer twice. 

  5. The primer is broadcast with quartz sand (Ø 0.4 - 0.8 mm). To improve the adhesion between the primer and the coating. 

  6. HPMMA 7202 is low viscous (80 - 100 mPa·s @ 23 ºC) – very hard potlife 6.5-7.0 min – curing time 30 min
