Checking the right the amount of BPO and mix it with HPMMA 7204
Its function is to Seals the surface, protects from moisture, UV and abrasion. Clear or pigmented
Distributed roughly using a serrated rubber blade (serration approx. 1 mm) and then evenly applied with a mohair roller (pile 4 mm) – Layer thickness 400 to max. 800 micron (400 - 800 g/m²).
Can be pigmented with 2–5 % w/w pigment powder
If applied over a broadcasted surface with chips, the surface MUST be well prepared and excess chips are removed and then vacuumed to prevent unevenness and air bubble formation
HPMMA 7204 is intermediate viscous (180 - 200 mPa·s @ 23 ºC) – hard – potlife 8-12 min – curing time 20 min
