Water proofing
Coating systems designed to effectively solve a wide range of challenges.
Overview
Waterproofing
Waterproofing membrane coatings provide a critical barrier against moisture intrusion, protecting structures and surfaces from water damage. These specialized systems create a seamless, durable, and often flexible layer that prevents leaks and extends the lifespan of buildings and infrastructure. Ideal for roofs, basements, balconies, and foundations, they adapt to structural movement and harsh weather conditions without cracking or delaminating. By blocking water ingress, these coatings help maintain the integrity of concrete and other substrates, reduce maintenance needs, and enhance the overall performance and resilience of a structure.
Key sustainability benefits:
Reduced GHG emissions, confirmed by EPD
Low-VOC formulation suitable for enclosed spaces
Allows multiple reapplications with minimal intervention
A more responsible alternative to conventional flooring systems

Proposed Systems
Option 1
A hot-applied, two-component system with 100% solids that cures within seconds. Offers excellent mechanical properties and is ideal for non-exposed areas, applied using a temperature-regulated spray machine.
A two-component, aliphatic poly-aspartic topcoat with slow curing, designed for fast-turnaround projects. It offers deep penetration, strong bonding, and long-lasting resistance to abrasion, impact, wear, and color fading.
A deep-penetrating solvent-based epoxy sealer, offering 3–5x more penetration than conventional options.

Option 2
A flexible, solvent-free aliphatic polyaspartic membraine with fast curing, excellent waterproofing, and high mechanical strength. Ideal for concrete and metal surfaces, it offers strong resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and varying temperatures.
A two-component, aliphatic poly-aspartic topcoat with slow curing, designed for fast-turnaround projects. It offers deep penetration, strong bonding, and long-lasting resistance to abrasion, impact, wear, and color fading.

Option 3
Aliphatic hot-applied, two-component system with 100% solids that cures within seconds. Offers excellent mechanical properties and UV resistance and is ideal for exposed areas, applied using a temperature-regulated spray machine.
A deep-penetrating solvent-based epoxy sealer, offering 3–5x more penetration than conventional options.
